Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds for a BookMeNow subscription — the fee a business pays us for access to the software. It does not govern the fees a business charges its own clients for appointments.

Appointment fees are not ours to refund

Money for appointments never passes through BookMeNow. Clients pay the business directly, so any refund of an appointment is a matter between the client and the business, outside the Service.

The 7-day free trial (Basic)

A new Basic subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all — there is nothing to refund. The Plus plan has no trial: it is billed from the day you subscribe, and the guarantee below applies to it in full.

First payment — 14-day guarantee

Within 14 days of your first payment (for Basic, the one taken when the trial ends; for Plus, the one taken when you subscribe) you can request a full refund, no explanation needed. This covers your first subscription whichever plan and term you chose. Refunding your first payment ends the subscription.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not automatically refundable: you can cancel at any time before a renewal and keep access to the end of the period already paid for, and we send a reminder before a yearly renewal. If a renewal genuinely took you by surprise and the period is unused, write to us — we consider these case by case.

Changing plans

Upgrades mid-period are prorated. Downgrades and switches from yearly to monthly take effect at the next renewal, without a refund of the current period.

Service failures

Extended unavailability or a defect that prevents you from using the Service warrants a refund or a credit for the affected period.
