Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms govern use of BookMeNow at bookmenow.date (“the Service”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Danyil Klymenko (ФОП Клименко Даниїл Олександрович), 4 Vysotskoho St., apt. 18, Dnipro, 49033, Ukraine, Tax ID (RNOKPP) 3753002970 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
BookMeNow is a software subscription: a hosted booking and scheduling system that an appointment-based business (a salon, barber, studio, clinic and the like) uses to publish its services and its staff’s availability, and to take bookings from its own clients through a public booking page. What is sold is access to that software for the term of the subscription. It is not a physical good, a downloadable file, or an item of content.
The customer is the business — a company or a registered sole trader. This is business-to-business software.
- The business pays, and nobody else does. Staff and clients hold access under a business that has subscribed. We never charge them, for anything.
- No money for appointments passes through the Service. We do not process payments between a business and its clients, hold funds, or take commission. Service fees are settled directly between the business and its client, outside the Service.
- We are not a marketplace and not a source of leads. We do not list businesses or match clients to them. A business brings its own clients through a booking link it shares itself.
- Pricing is per business. A business pays for one plan; its clients are unlimited and are never counted or billed. Section 3 has the detail.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
- The business administrator is responsible for everyone they add and for having a lawful basis to enter their staff’s and clients’ details.
- You must be 18 or over to hold an administrator account.
3. Plans, price and billing
There are two plans:
- Basic — online booking: services, staff, working hours, a public booking page and the dashboard.
- Plus — everything in Basic plus the AI agent on WhatsApp, which answers clients and creates or cancels bookings inside the conversation.
- Monthly or yearly. You choose the term; the yearly term costs less than twelve monthly payments. The saving is shown on the pricing page.
- A 7-day free trial on Basic. New Basic subscriptions start with a 7-day trial. You are not charged during the trial and may cancel before it ends at no cost; if you do not cancel, the plan begins and the first payment is taken. The Plus plan has no trial and is billed from the day you subscribe.
- Your country sets the rate. We set the rate per country and Paddle applies the one for your billing country automatically, so businesses in different countries pay different amounts for the same plan. We do not print rates here because they are adjusted per country; the rates in force are always on the pricing page.
- Tax is added on top. Every price we show excludes tax. Paddle calculates any VAT or sales tax due in your country and adds it at checkout.
- You see the exact amount before you pay, in your own currency, in the payment window. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
You may move between plans or terms at any time; an upgrade is prorated against the remainder of the current period. We may change our prices, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we tell you before one applies to a renewal.
4. Payments are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: they handle the transaction, issue your invoice, and are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax and VAT. We never receive or store your card details. Paddle’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the purchase, and billing details are managed through Paddle’s customer portal, reachable from your billing page.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to use;
- attempt to access another business’s data, probe for vulnerabilities, or circumvent limits;
- resell or sublicense access without our written agreement;
- use the Service to send unsolicited messages.
We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party failures and events outside our control can interrupt it. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment.
8. Your data
You keep ownership of everything you put in. For your staff’s and clients’ data we act as a processor on your instructions — see the Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion at any time.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are emailed to account administrators at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
